# What You'll Need:

06 - 3.5 oz sugar snap peas, trimmed
07 - 2 spring onions, sliced (for garnish)

08 - 2 tbsp soy sauce
09 - 1 tbsp oyster sauce
10 - 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
11 - 1 tsp sesame oil
12 - ½ tsp ground black pepper
13 - 1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water

# Directions:

01 - Combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, black pepper, and cornstarch slurry in a small bowl. Set aside.
02 - Warm vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
03 - Add sliced onion and minced garlic to the wok; stir-fry for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
04 - Add ground beef, breaking it up with a spatula; cook until browned, about 4–5 minutes.
05 - Stir in red bell pepper, carrot, and sugar snap peas; cook for 3–4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
06 - Pour sauce mixture into the wok, toss to coat all ingredients, and simmer for 2 minutes until sauce thickens and heats through.
07 - Remove from heat and garnish with sliced spring onions and optional red chili slices.
08 - Serve hot over cooked jasmine rice.
