01 - 1.1 lbs lean ground beef

02 - 1 small onion, finely chopped
03 - 2 cloves garlic, minced

04 - 1 large egg
05 - 1/3 cup breadcrumbs
06 - 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
07 - 1 tsp smoked paprika
08 - 1 tsp dried oregano
09 - 1/2 tsp salt
10 - 1/2 tsp black pepper

11 - 1 tbsp olive oil

# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, combine ground beef, onion, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until just combined—do not overwork.
03 - Roll mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place on prepared baking sheet.
04 - Lightly brush tops with olive oil for extra browning.
05 - Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown.
06 - Let cool slightly and serve warm or at room temperature.
