12 - 1/4 cup sliced pickled jalapeños

# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F.
02 - In a medium bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and ranch dressing. Mix thoroughly until creamy and well combined.
03 - Line a baking sheet or 9x13-inch baking dish with parchment paper. Arrange bottom halves of slider buns closely together.
04 - Spread buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the buns.
05 - Sprinkle evenly with mozzarella and cheddar cheeses. Optionally add crumbled blue cheese and/or pickled jalapeños over the cheese layer.

07 - In a small bowl, mix melted butter and garlic powder. Brush tops of buns generously with garlic butter.
08 - Cover loosely with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 8–10 minutes, until cheese is melted and tops are golden brown.

# Expert advice:

01 -
  • The buffalo chicken dip filling gets incredibly creamy and melty while the slider buns turn golden and buttery, creating that perfect soft crunch contrast
  • You can assemble everything hours before guests arrive and just bake when youre ready, which means less stress and more time actually enjoying the party
02 -
  • Do not skip softening your cream cheese first because cold cream cheese creates lumps that never fully incorporate into the filling
  • Letting the sliders rest for those 5 minutes after baking is crucial or the cheese will ooze out everywhere when you try to pull them apart
03 -
  • If your buns seem overly fresh and soft, lightly toast the bottom halves before adding the filling to prevent sogginess
  • The parchment paper is not optional unless you enjoy scrubbing baked on cheese off your baking sheet for twenty minutes
