01 - Set oven to 375°F and allow to fully preheat.
02 - Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels and arrange evenly in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
03 - In a medium mixing bowl, combine Caesar dressing, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
04 - Spread prepared sauce evenly over each chicken breast in the baking dish.
05 - Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese across the surface of the sauced chicken.
06 - Bake uncovered for 25 to 30 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
07 - Remove dish from oven and rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley as desired.
08 - Plate hot chicken breasts and accompany with your preferred sides.
