# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and dried Italian herbs. Cook until browned and fully cooked, about 5 minutes. Drain excess fat and set aside to cool slightly.
03 - Roll out pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to a rectangle approximately 12 x 10 inches.
04 - Spread pizza sauce evenly across the dough, leaving a 3/4-inch border around the edges. Evenly distribute cooked ground beef over the sauce. Arrange pepperoni slices on top, then sprinkle with shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.
05 - Starting from a long side, roll dough tightly into a log, sealing the edge by pinching. Slice the log into 8 equal pieces.
06 - Arrange roll ups cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet. Brush tops with olive oil.
07 - Bake in preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until roll ups are golden brown and cheese bubbles.
