- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté diced onion until translucent, about 3 minutes. Add ground beef, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Sauté until beef is browned, breaking up meat as it cooks. Drain any excess fat.
- Stir ketchup, yellow mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and chopped pickles into the beef mixture. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
- Flatten each biscuit into a round. Place 1 tablespoon of the beef mixture and 1/2 tablespoon shredded cheddar in the center. Add a mozzarella cube on top.
- Wrap the dough around the filling, pinching edges to seal tightly and form a ball. Place each ball seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until the tops are golden brown and biscuits are fully cooked.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving. Serve with your preferred dipping sauces.
