01 - 1 cup (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened to room temperature

10 - 1 teaspoon fresh lemon zest
11 - 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
12 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder
13 - ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
14 - ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

# Directions:

01 - Place softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise in a medium mixing bowl. Beat with a spoon or spatula until completely smooth and no lumps remain.
02 - Add minced chives, dill, parsley, grated carrot, diced cucumber, and diced radishes to the cream mixture. Fold gently until vegetables and herbs are evenly distributed throughout.
03 - Pour in lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly to ensure seasonings are fully incorporated.
04 - Taste the dip and add additional salt or pepper if desired. The flavors should be bright and balanced.
