# Expert advice:

01 -
  • The dressing keeps beautifully in the fridge for days, getting even better as the flavors meld, so you can have restaurant quality salads all week with minimal effort.
  • Every bite offers a perfect balance of creamy, tangy, and herbaceous notes that even salad skeptics find irresistible.
02 -
  • Room temperature ingredients make an astonishingly better dressing than cold ones straight from the refrigerator.
  • A splash of warm water added to the blender can rescue a dressing that seems too thick without diluting the flavor like additional oil would.
03 -
  • When blending the dressing, add the liquids first, then the herbs, for the smoothest result without needing to constantly stop and scrape down the sides.
  • For the most balanced flavor, include at least one herb from each flavor profile category: anise like tarragon or fennel fronds, peppery like watercress, and grassy like parsley.
