01 - Preheat your waffle maker according to manufacturer instructions until ready for use.
02 - In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs and almond milk until fully blended.
03 - Add cheddar cheese, Parmesan, diced ham, almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix until well combined and uniform.
04 - Lightly grease the preheated waffle maker with nonstick cooking spray or a small amount of oil.
05 - Pour half the batter into the center of the waffle maker, spreading gently to distribute evenly. Close lid and cook for 4-5 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
06 - Repeat with remaining batter to make the second chaffle.
07 - Remove chaffles carefully using a spatula and transfer to a wire rack. Let cool briefly to maintain maximum crispiness. Serve warm.
