# Expert advice:

01 -
  • The whipped cream creates this incredible temperature contrast hot coffee meets cool sweet cream in every sip
  • Takes literally five minutes but feels like something you would order at a fancy cafe after dinner
02 -
  • The whipped cream must be very cold or it will not hold those lovely soft peaks you are looking for
  • Pouring the cream over the back of a spoon helps it float perfectly instead of sinking into the coffee
03 -
  • Brew your coffee slightly stronger than usual since the cream will mellow it out significantly
  • Make the whipped cream first so it is ready to go while the coffee is still piping hot
