01 - Combine drained feta and softened cream cheese in a food processor. Blend on medium speed until very smooth and creamy, pausing to scrape down the sides as needed.
02 - Transfer the whipped feta mixture to a serving bowl and smooth the top with the back of a spoon to create an even surface.
03 - In a small saucepan, gently warm the honey and red pepper flakes over low heat for 2 to 3 minutes until fragrant. Do not let it come to a boil. Remove from heat and allow to cool briefly.
04 - Drizzle the warm spiced honey generously over the whipped feta. Finish with minced herbs and freshly cracked black pepper if desired.
05 - Serve immediately alongside crusty bread, pita chips, or fresh vegetable crudités.
