# Expert advice:

01 -
  • It takes barely ten minutes and makes you feel like youve done something good for your body without any fuss.
  • The color alone wakes you up, a kind of visual jolt that tastes as electric as it looks.
  • You can make it with frozen berries from the back of the freezer, no special shopping trip required.
02 -
  • Dont skip the lemon juice, it wakes up the berries in a way water alone never will.
  • If you use all frozen fruit, add the water gradually so the blender doesnt seize up on you.
  • Straining is optional, but if you want a clear, elegant juice instead of a smoothie, take the extra two minutes.
03 -
  • Taste before you sweeten, sometimes the apple and oranges bring enough natural sugar on their own.
  • If your blender struggles with frozen fruit, let the berries sit at room temperature for five minutes before blending.
  • A splash of sparkling water just before serving turns this into something that feels celebratory without any extra effort.
