02 - In a large bowl, mix olive oil or melted butter with brown sugar, fine sea salt, smoked paprika, ground cumin, ground cinnamon, cayenne pepper, and freshly ground black pepper until smooth.
03 - Add raw almonds, cashews, pecans, and walnuts to the bowl and toss thoroughly until nuts are evenly coated with the spice mixture.
04 - Spread the coated nuts in a single layer over the prepared baking sheet.
05 - Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the nuts are golden and aromatic.
06 - Remove from the oven and allow nuts to cool completely on the baking sheet; they will crisp as they cool.
07 - Break apart any nut clusters and store in an airtight container for freshness.
